Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Chasly (“the Service”), operated by Chasly Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Chasly.

2. Service description

Chasly is an AI-powered follow-up tool for UK sole traders and small trades businesses. You enter quote details, and we automatically draft and send follow-up messages (via SMS and/or email) to your customers on your behalf. Messages are sent in your name, from your business, during UK working hours.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One subscription covers one business. You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of multiple businesses.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Chasly to send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages to people who have not received a genuine quote from you.
  • Upload false, misleading, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our API or AI systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Free trial and payments

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment card is required.
  • After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using follow-up features. Your data is never deleted if you choose not to subscribe.
  • The Pro plan is currently £25 per month (inclusive of VAT). We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. AI-generated content

Follow-up messages are drafted by AI (Anthropic Claude) based on the information you provide. While we take care to ensure messages are professional and appropriate, you are ultimately responsible for messages sent on your behalf. You can review and edit any message before it is sent. We validate all AI-generated content for profanity, character limits, and formatting before delivery.

7. SMS and email delivery

We send messages through Twilio (SMS) and Postmark (email). We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or success; these depend on third-party networks and the recipient's device. If a customer opts out or replies “STOP”, we will immediately cease all follow-up messages for that quote.

8. Data handling

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter into Chasly. We use it only to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time through the settings page.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is available via the contact page. We will respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chasly Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue from quotes that were not followed up on or messages that were not delivered. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
